We target 99.5 % monthly uptime for the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.
2. Scheduled Maintenance
Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance on status.autentic.global.
3. Security Controls
- Independent smart‑contract audits and continuous monitoring;
- Multi‑signature treasury controls and hardware security modules (HSMs);
- Bug‑bounty programme encouraging responsible disclosure.
4. Disaster Recovery
Geo‑redundant backups, 24‑hour recovery point objective (RPO) and 4‑hour recovery time objective (RTO).
5. API Usage & Rate Limits
Third‑party integration is available under separate agreement, subject to authentication, rate limits and fair‑use policies.
