1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Autentic Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
- You must not reside or be incorporated in a Restricted Jurisdiction (including, inter alia, the Russian Federation, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions).
3. Account Registration & Verification
Users must complete know‑your‑customer (KYC) and, where applicable, know‑your‑business (KYB) procedures before investing.
4. Nature of Services
Autentic provides technological infrastructure enabling Users to acquire digital units representing fractional interests in RWAs (“Units”). Autentic is not a licensed investment adviser, broker‑dealer, custodian or credit institution.
5. Risks
Investing in Units involves market, liquidity, smart‑contract and regulatory risks, up to a total loss of invested capital. Users should perform their own due diligence and may wish to seek independent advice.
6. Prohibited Uses
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, and any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
7. Fees
Current fee schedules are published on the Platform and may be amended from time to time with prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, software and content are the property of Autentic or its licensors. No licence is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autentic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autentic, its affiliates and service providers against claims arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
12. Termination
Autentic may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of London.
14. Amendments
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
